New cancellation conditions
for more security
Due to the current situation, we would like to accommodate you with our improved Cancellation conditions to meet and even more confidence and security to the booking give.
The following conditions currently apply:
- Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
- from 13 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the travel costs
- from 7 days before arrival: 80% of the travel costs
- 100% in case of no-show, early departure or for remaining days
The following conditions apply to bus group trips:
- up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- from 29 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the travel costs
- from 13 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the travel costs
- from 7 days before arrival: 80% of the travel costs
- 100% in case of no-show, early departure or for remaining days
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation/abandonment insurance. For reservations that must be canceled due to an official hotel closure, no costs arise!
